By booking our services, submitting a consultation request, signing a contract, or using our client portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These terms apply to all photography, videography, and related services provided by Dream It Photography and Video, based in Buda, Texas.

Dream It Photography and Video provides wedding, quinceañera, and event photography and videography services. The specific services, packages, and deliverables for your event are defined in your signed contract. In the event of any conflict between these terms and your signed contract, your contract governs.

Submitting a booking or consultation request does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. All bookings require manual review and approval by our team. Your date is not held until a contract is signed and any required deposit is received.

Consultation requests submitted through this website, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, or email are subject to availability and may be responded to by an AI assistant on our behalf (see AI-Assisted Communications below).

All services require a signed contract before work begins. Contracts are delivered electronically via Dropbox Sign. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and due dates are specified in your contract.

Failure to complete payment by the dates specified in your contract may result in cancellation of services. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Rescheduling and cancellation policies are defined in your signed contract. Requests to reschedule must be submitted in advance of your event date and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline rescheduling requests if availability does not permit.

Delivery timelines, file formats, and quantities are specified in your contract. Finished photos and videos are delivered through your private client portal. We retain the right to use edited images and video from your event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Access to the client portal is provided for the purpose of reviewing and downloading your event files. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Portal access may be revoked if these terms are violated or if your account balance is outstanding.

We use an AI assistant (powered by Anthropic Claude) to help respond to messages received through Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger. AI-generated replies are used to answer common questions about availability, pricing, and booking. All bookings still require manual approval — no booking is ever confirmed automatically.

You may opt out of AI-assisted responses at any time by replying HUMAN(or HUMANO in Spanish), after which all messages will be handled personally by our team.

All photographs and video content produced by Dream It Photography and Video remain our intellectual property. Your contract specifies the license granted to you for personal use of your images and videos. Resale or commercial use of our work requires written permission.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of payments received. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We strongly recommend that clients obtain event insurance for large events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hays County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
